Friday - Student Requests
The Teen Anglers meeting scheduled for tonight has been postponed due to the potential for bad weather. A new date will be set soon.
New Bear Time assignments are posted in Mr. Spence's window. Tier 1 students have until Friday at noon to make a request to change teachers. Placements were based upon 2nd QUARTER grades, not semester.
Hoop Queen voting will remain open until midnight tonight . The ballot you received in your student email account can be completed directly in within the email or by following the link to the Google Form. Results of the voting will be announced in the bulletin Friday morning.
There will be a student council meeting Friday morning at 7:30 am in Mr. Knapp's room to make decisions about Hoop Queen festivities.
There will be no school on Monday, January 15, in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s birthday.
Conference Honor Band auditions will be Tuesday.
Hoop Queen Sadie Hawkins (Girls Ask Guys) Dance will be Friday, Feb. 2 from 9-11:30 in the Bears' Den. Tickets ($6 single/$10 couple) on sale from Jan. 19 through Jan. 26. The dance is semi-formal (nice clothes) and girls take the lead (buy the tickets and invite the guests).
Kaylynn Wake has created her own vegan cookbook, for her senior project. It is now available for purchase. The books are only $8 and include forty recipes. If you are interested in purchasing one, you can get an order form from Mrs. Amanda or Kaylynn
