Seniors- meet in Ms. Martin's room after school today to work of the float. If we all do a little, we can all accomplish a lot. Show up and help out.

Dylan Brown will be hosting a Dungeons and Dragons Club for his senior project. There will be a meeting for anyone interested, even those who don't know how to play, in Ms. Berry's room today after school until 6PM.

FFA Members: Dues must be paid by tomorrow! $20.00 includes your national dues, state dues, ear tag key chain, and local chapter t-shirt. Dues must be paid in order for you to participate in ANY FFA activities.
Next week is Spirit Week for Homecoming! There will be a dress-up theme for each day. Please note as with all Spirit Weeks before , no face painting, or glitter allowed. Hats will be permitted when they fit the day's theme. Students will be expected to be 100% cooperative with teacher direction in all cases when hats need to be removed during class.
- Tuesday-"Home Run" Break out your favorite sportswear. Hats are acceptable so long as they are related to a sport or team.
- Wednesday- "Chill@Home" If you don't have to leave the house, why change out of your pajamas? (Unless you get Cheetoh dust all over them...) Wear school -appropriate PJs.
- Thursday- "Homies" Find a "homie" and dress alike on Thursday. Or, get three or four buddies together! Again, hats are permitted so long as they match a friend.
- Friday- "THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME" Just like Dorothy said...show your pride by wearing Maroon and White!
A representative from Jostens will be in commons area of the high school on Wednesday, September 19th from 1:45-3:00 to take letter jacket orders. You must have a $100 deposit to purchase a jacket. (checks need to be made out to Jostens) You must earn a varsity letter in order to purchase a jacket. Students who plan to order a jacket on this date will need to make sure they get their coaches approval. If you plan to order patches that you have previously earned you must get those approved by your coach as well before you can order those.
Homecoming Dance!!! Friday, September 21 9:30-11:30 in the Bears' Den. Tickets are $6 or $10 for two. On sale during lunch or from Ms. Bell. Dress will be casual. FCCLA will be sponsoring a Homecoming Dance King. Candidates can be nominated to either Ms. Bell or Mr. Knapp and must be a senior boy.
Attention FBLA & FCCLA members - The Silver Dollar City Career Day trip is September 26th! You must be a paid member of FBLA or FCCLA and pay $38.00 to attend (if you have a season pass please let us know). The deadline to pay is September 19th!!
The Willow Springs Lady Bears Basketball are having a fundraiser to help purchase the ladies new travel gear. They will be hosting a dinner and a show at Grimes Auditorium on September 22. Tickets are $20 each and the ticket includes a dinner and a show by the Star Foundation. If you are interested in a ticket contact any Lady Bear basketball player or coach.
