It is that time of year again - time for semester schedule changes! If you need to make a schedule change you will need to complete the following tasks:
Pick up your change request form from Miss Jenny. You will only be allowed one form.
Complete your form, indicating your desired changes. You will find schedule grids hanging in the commons to help you see your options.
Gather all of the required signatures: the teacher you are leaving, the teacher you wish to add, and a parent.
Return the COMPLETED form to Miss Jenny by December 12.
There will be a meeting for everyone who signed up to work any Bears For a Better Christmas activities this year, in Mrs. Wiles room today during both lunches. Only come during your lunch time, not your Bear Time. You will receive instructions and reminder notices for what you have signed up to help with. Thank you for giving back to your community.
Congratulations to Veranika Deynega, she competed in the Willow Springs Winter Festival Art Show on Saturday and won 1st place and numerous gift certificates.
Congrats to our December Students of the Month: Jackson Bailey, Jace Hutsell, and Cadee Rothermich! They received front row high school parking and gift cards. Next drawing will be January 3. Make sure you have 95% attendance, no Ds or Fs, and no discipline referrals.
There will be an FBLA Meeting in Mrs. Patton's room during both lunches tomorrow! If you have a Tier 2 or 3 Bear Time, get your lunch and come to the meeting during your lunch time. ALL members need to attend!!
For anyone interested in playing the Pokemon trading card game, there is a new club being started. There will be an information meeting after school tomorrow until 3:30. If you have any questions before then, see Ms. Berry.

Juniors and Seniors: There is a dual credit opportunity this spring you may not be aware of. Mrs. Patton is offering CIS 101: Computers for Learning on M3. Tuition will be $102 in addition to a $155 course fee. See Mrs. Patton for more information or Mrs. Munson if you want it added to your spring schedule.
All dual credit registration forms need to be turned into Mrs. Munson ASAP.
A food drive managed by FCCLA and FBLA will go through Wednesday, December 13th. During this period donation boxes for non-perishable food such as green beans or carrots and money collection jars at each GAP room. Donations will be given to Munch to distribute in their Christmas Bags Program which gives necessities to families in need throughout our community.
The annual Bears for a Better Christmas 5K & 1 Mile Run will be held on Saturday, at Palenske Field. The entry fee is $20, and the first 30 registrants on race day will receive a t-shirt.
