Any 5th or 6th grade girls interested in participating in Willow Springs Club Bear Volleyball can find information at the Student Info Center. 
1.  Second Quarter Rewards Activities for students with zero ZAPs and one ZAP will be as follows in Grimes:

• 7th & 8th grade - TODAY - 8:30-10:30 a.m.

2.  The seventh grade pulled out the victory for Food Harvest.  The 7th graders will be receiving an ice cream treat during lunchtime sometime after we return from Christmas vacation as a reward.
3.   School will be dismissed TODAY at 11:45 a.m.  There will no school December 23rd through January 4th.  Classes will resume on Tuesday, January 5th, with a Maroon Day.
4.  TODAY students will remain in their second block classes until the dismissal bell rings at 11:35 a.m.  They will eat sack lunches in their second block classes.  The lunch line schedule will be as follows:
  10:30 a.m. - 6th grade
  10:40 a.m. - 7th grade
  10:50 a.m. - 5th grade
  11:00 a.m. - 8th grade
5.  BAND STUDENTS:  Please take your instruments home over the Christmas break!  Do not leave them sitting in the MS hallways due the floors being waxed.
6. All art students:  Must pick up all artwork by Tuesday, December 22nd, between 8:00-8:15 or 3:00 only if you want to take home.
7.  All Grades:  Bear Time rosters for 3rd quarter will be posted outside of classrooms when we return from Christmas Break.
     6th Grade:  M-3 and W-8 rosters will be posted on the bulletin board across from Mrs. Conway's room.
     8th Grade:  W-8 rosters will be posted on the bulletin board between Ms. Batson's and Mrs. Binkley's classrooms.

 LOST & FOUND:
If you have lost anything this semester check the lost and found areas before you leave for Christmas break.  Lost and found will be cleaned out over the break and sent to MUNCH.
