Congratulations to the 8th grade girls on their win against Houston last night!
6th grade Bears Care Club students, please come see Mrs. Lewis during advisory on Tuesday, November 14th. I just need to see you for a couple minutes.
7th and 8th grade girls devotional will be Wednesday the 16th at lunch in Mr. Barnes room.
Art Club for 5/6 grade will meet this today (11/15) from 3-5 PM.
Don’t forget about the Fall Food Harvest November 7th-16th! There is a box in Ms. Alicen’s Office.

Congratulations to Dana Canedo and Ian Kurtz for representing Willow Springs at the FFA Fall Speeches contest. Out of 54 schools Dana placed third for her speech on Pork Producers, and Ian placed 2nd on his speech of Soil and Water Conservation. If you see these two in the hallway, please congratulate them.
This week we will be celebrating Kindness! There are 8 signs hidden throughout the halls. Check your email to see what the picture looks like and other details. If you find that picture in the hall, please bring it to Mrs. Patton before school (in her office) or during lunch (in the Bears Den) for a prize. Other opportunities to qualify for prizes will be during lunchtime. Stay tuned for ways to win and participate!

The Willow Invitational chess tournament is this Saturday, in the Bears Den from 9am to 4pm. Entry fee is $10. Chess club members need to be there. Practice is this Thursday after school in the HS Library.
Wednesday evening November 23rd we will be having a 1st Annual Flag Football Championship "Turkey Bowl at Palenske Field". And 4×100 frozen turkey relays.
7 on 7 Coed Football teams. At least 3 girls on a team. Prizes will be awarded to the champions and the team with the best uniforms.
The relay teams need to consist of at least two girls.
