Sports Banquet will be held today night at 6:00 in Grimes Auditorium for Tennis, Football, Volleyball, & Cross Country.

ATTENTION SENIORS!  Dual credit speech will be available again this spring.  You will take the same speech class as required by all seniors, however, you now have the opportunity for it to also count as your college-level Public Speaking class.  Tuition will be $102 for the 3-credit class.  If interested, sign the list on Mrs. Munson's door before we leave for Thanksgiving break.

Seniors:  Just a reminder that the Financial Aid night will be held in the Bear's Den on Thursday, beginning at 5:30 pm.  If you plan to attend a college, university, technical school, or any type of post-secondary education, you and your parents will want to attend.

There is a signup sheet for Bears For A Better Christmas placed on the office window.  This annual event is a great way for you to give back to your community and earn some community service hours for your college and scholarship applications!  Students are needed to help with activities such as spotting at the 5K fundraiser, toy shopping, setting up the toy room, and helping the families pick out their toys, books, and warm items.  See the sign up sheet for details on dates and times.  Mrs. Brower and Coach Waggoner are the ones to talk to if you have questions.  It takes all of us to make this a great event every year!

November 20th-25th, Vintage Floral will be having a 1 time only, 30% off all formal wear (doesn’t include already discounted dresses). Layaway is available.

Deer Hunters! Bring in a picture of you and your deer (with parent signature on the back) for display on the office window! If you have perfect attendance from October 30 through November 17, you'll be entered into a drawing for $50. Good luck!

We will have Mock Accident & Club Picture Day on Thursday. Students, remember to bring t-shirts or jackets for all organizations in which you are a member.

The GAP meeting will take place during lunchtime and Bear Time on Thursday. Pick up a sack lunch in the Bear's Den either when you hear the all-call or when the bell rings for lunch and then go to your GAP Adviser's location. You can find where your GAP group is meeting by looking at the posters on the window in the entrance to the library.

The Bearbucks Coffee Shop will be closed on Friday, Nov. 17.

NHS Induction will be held Thursday evening at 7:00 in the Grimes Auditorium.
