Latest update regarding meals:
Meals will again be distributed Wednesday, March 25. However, the times and process for distribution will be different. Meals will be distributed from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at the drop off and pick up location at the elementary school. We will follow Governor Parsons’ order and maintain six feet of separation in all interactions. This will no longer be a “grab and go” approach. Individuals who come to pick up meals will need to exit their vehicles to pick up meals off tables designated for that purpose. We ask that you maintain six feet of separation from school staff and from others who are picking up meals. You will receive instructions on how we plan when you arrive to pick up your meal. Printed packets for the elementary school and middle school will also be distributed at this time. The same rule for six feet of separation will apply. Printed packets can also be picked up at any school between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. You will need to push the buzzer at the door and the packets will be brought to you. FYI: School continues to remain closed due to the coronavirus outbreak through Friday, April 3, 2020, but you may contact your child’s school anytime between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm should you have questions. Thank you! |

Meals will be distributed between the hours of 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, beginning this Monday, March 23rd. These will be distributed on a “drive through” basis at the elementary school drop off and pickup area at the main entrance. There will also be a “walk up” station as well for those arriving on foot. Both breakfast and lunch will be distributed at the same time.
We need to estimate how many meals to prepare. If you are interested in participating in this program and would like to stop by the elementary school to receive a meal, please call (417) 252-6103 and leave a message letting us know how many meals you will pick up for your children. |
